Absolutely. Tickets booked in one transaction are allocated in pairs, with at least two seats side by side. For groups of four or more we place you as close together as the allocation allows, usually in the same row or in adjoining blocks.

For most Premier League matches the name on the ticket may reflect the club’s official corporate allocation. As long as you hold the valid digital pass we provide, you will be admitted.

Some leagues do require tickets to be registered to a named holder under local law, and what they ask for differs:

• La Liga (an RCD Espanyol home match, for instance): a document number and document type, passport or national ID card.
• Serie A: gender, date of birth and nationality.
• Premier League, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Scottish football and UEFA competitions: names only at present.

Whatever your fixture requires is shown at checkout. If you cannot supply it there, our team will contact you securely before the match to collect it, and there is nothing to re-book.

Football schedules move for broadcasting or cup reasons, and that is normal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the finalised kick-off time.

Your tickets remain 100% valid for the rescheduled date. Please note that a fixture change is not grounds for a refund.

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and strictly non-transferable.

Because of the clubs’ security protocols and ticketing regulations, a digital ticket cannot be moved to another person once your order is confirmed. Please be certain of your plans before booking.

Digital tickets — PDFs, or NFC passes for Apple and Google Wallet — are dispatched securely by email one to three days before the match, strictly following the club ticket office’s official release timeline.

So tickets do not arrive the moment your order is confirmed. That is normal and nothing to worry about.

Coverage inside a full stadium is often poor. We strongly recommend downloading the PDF to your phone, or adding the NFC pass to Apple or Google Wallet, before you arrive.

No. Unless stated otherwise, every ticket sold by Travel MaMa – Sport Team is in the home section of the stadium.

Wearing away colours or shirts, or visibly supporting the away side, will get you removed from the ground immediately and without compensation.

Yes. Club Level and hospitality packages generally require smart casual attire.

Tracksuits, away team colours and sometimes even home shirts may be refused in VIP lounges. The club’s own hospitality guidelines, sent with your ticket, are the final word.
